I'm sure given the fact that the deed is done, Eve won't keep this mask up for much longer. She's crafty and has a good head on her shoulders. Both of our girls will need to address and handle the aftermath only as they two know how.
I have a sinking suspicion that Balice would have or has shot for a two for one special. Aim at taking out Valentin and Eve thinking her frozen in fear. I can only imagine this will add fuel to the fire for both Eve, Villanelle, and Balice respectively.

It occurred to me that some lines almost don't belong to Eve here. 'Pretty much killed him' or 'no more Candy Crush for Balice's guy' are totally Villanelle's style. It even feels that Eve doesn't recognize her body and mind acting so 'Villanelle' in a critical situation. And visa versa. Villanelle with her genuine 'oh my god, hang on, babe' feels more like Eve. It's interesting to see them transforming one another.
These last 2 episodes were full of tenderness too in spite of events that surrounded it. Pure joy.
OMG Eve! The hero! She was so scared but did what she had to do. I was holding my breath when that thug entered the room. 🫨 Eve was so brave! Now that Oxana has arrived, Eve just wants to be comforted by her, which is so sweet! ❤️ Plus Balice's protection guy is dead. Good! Loved it, Luke. Such a great chapter. Thanks very much!
