Friends,
Yesterday I delivered the manuscript of the next KE novel. Technically I emailed it, but you know what I mean. It’s working title is Killing Eve: Long Shot, and I’ve been working on it since the beginning of the year. I don’t want to give too much away at this stage, but it’s set in the high-stakes world of horse racing.
I’ve always been interested in racing, and used to ride as a child, but to get up to speed I visited a training stable owned by a friend I was at school with. He and his wife had just had a win at Ascot, and it was thrilling and inspiring to come face to face with the beautiful thoroughbred animals in their care.
So if you love horses, and of course our chaotic heroines, this one’s for you. And in answer to the question that’s trembling on your lips: yes, we do see Villanelle in the saddle! Long Shot will be out this autumn on Nov 4, and it’s available for pre-order on Amazon here
Meanwhile, enjoy Resurrection…
